Jared is a Psychologist who offers services both in-person and via convenient video/telehealth. Jared is dedicated to assisting adults and late-adolescents (17 years and older) to gain insight’s and build necessary skills to overcome barriers to their goals.
Drawing from evidence-based interventions, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Jared collaborates with clients to overcome a range of common psychological concerns, including anxiety, panic attacks, depression, grief, stress, trauma, alcohol/drug use issues, and employment difficulties.
Jared also has an interest in working with people experiencing Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) using Mindfulness-Based Exposure and Response Prevention (MB-ERP).

Dr. Chandrartne has more than 25 yrs experience in the medical field and has been working in the Australian general practice set up both as a metropolitan and a Rural GP.
He is passionate about providing Holistic care in Acute and chronic disease management and keen on using preventive measures while educating patients how to achieve good health by leading a healthy life style.
Dr. Chandraratne speaks fluent English and Sinhalese. He continues to serve Australian regional communities as a Visiting Medical Officer (VMO). He is known for his calm and thorough approach towards patients.
He is a keen traveler, enjoys music, reading and sports.
Dr Shamima Sultana (Bulk Billing)

Dr Shamima was born in Bangladesh and completed her Bachelor of Surgery from Chittagong Medical College.
Dr Shamima has work at Redland Hospital and QEII Jubilee Hospital as a senior house officer where she completed her rotations. She loves all aspects of health care with her main motto to help people wherever they need.
Shamima encourages her patients to be proactive in maintaining and improving their health, she has a particular interest in all areas of women’s health along with paediatrics.
Dr Shamima loves spending her weekends with her husband and daughter, she enjoys cooking, watching movies, listening to music and reading books.
About Our Practice
Moggill Medical Centre and Skin Clinic is a newly-opened, family-owned, Bulk billing available for locals of Moggill and the surrounding community.
Our GP’s provide expert and comprehensive general health services with compassion and integrity. They are highly qualified and experienced general practitioners, skilled in all aspects of family medicine. The practice is supported by a nurse and a neighbouring pharmacy, with a pathology collection centre also soon to open. We are an electronic practice using the latest computer technology, and we will be accredited soon.
Our GP’s also use the latest techniques/mole scanner machine to detect and remove skin cancers, as well as skilfully performing a wide range of other general health procedures and ongoing care.
Staff at our clinic can speak English, Hindi, and Bangla. Your health is our first priority, and we are committed to providing all health services with a smile.
